Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Nexelt Digital. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships in the digital services or IT industry. You will play a key role in scaling our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, and networking.
  • Lead client acquisition strategies and pitch tailored digital solutions based on business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotes in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Mentor and support junior BDEs as needed.
 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or tech company.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.)
  • Experience using CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven with a strategic approach to sales.
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience handling international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.)
  • Knowledge of B2B lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-value deals.
